Scarlett is one of the founders of UCE, overall projects manager, and holds a master’s degree in English Literature. Participated in Summer Work and Travel program and Summer Camp Counselor program in the United States in 2019 and 2024 respectively. During graduate school, she studied abroad at Dongguk University in South Korea, collaborated with journalist from CGTN, the international channel of CCTV, on a special program for the Chinese New Year, serving as a teaching assistant for the American Academy of International Culture and Education (AAICE) program, and translator at agricultural expos and volunteer for the YAO Foundation’s “Hope Primary School Basketball Season,” and etc. Possesses extensive experience in English education and international cultural exchange industries, she firmly believes that young people can gain unique life experiences and growth through exploring the world and interacting with other cultures.
