Doris is one of the founders of Unique Cultural Exchange, holding a master's degree in English Linguistics, serving as the director of Camp Counselor program. She participates the program in the 2024 as a camp counselor. She has worked as a teacher for an early childhood English education institution for more than three years, responsible for curriculum development and teaching activities for young children aged 5-14. She has founded a personal English studio, focusing on teaching English to students aged 15-21. She has worked at Kaifeng University as an English teacher. Her rich teaching and practical experience makes her good at communicating with people and always willing to stand in the other person’s point of view to help others.
